Saturdays in Diest

This open waves class is a class where you can drop in without registering up front (during the corona measures, however, we do ask you to register up front), and where the emphasis lies on the work with our bodies in movement. It is given in the "Begijnhof" of Diest, on Saturday evenings, usually twice a month. Either Nancy or Edo will teach, depending on the evening.
