A workshop is a movement session of one or more consecutive days, typically lasting from one day up to one week, and usually having 6-7 hours per day. Dancing is usually alternated with some body exercises, and there is a lunch break. Registration beforehand is recommended, certainly with international teachers. Usually there is a theme, reflected in the workshop title and description.

It is helpful to bring loose clothing, with multiple layers, so you can add or remove a layer when cold or hot. Certainly bring some drinking water to compensate for sweating. Also bring something for lunch (sometimes you can also go out for eating). Follow your energy: move less when it becomes lower, move more when it comes back. And if you experience some limitations, know that within the 5Rhythms® you can move taking these limitations into account, whether they are temporary or rather permanent.
